Pyeonhanharu (편한하루) - Terms of Service

We provide bus/subway arrivals, subway timetable-based arrivals, a work calendar (labels, memos, repeats), an optional pay calculator (enter pay per label or hourly wage + hours, a payday, and overtime to see an estimated pay; reference only, not an official payslip or statutory allowance calculation), optional calendar image share/album save, home widgets, and transit/wake alarms (including full-screen and wake games). Subway guidance may be timetable-based and differ from live location. Shared/saved images may include on-screen labels/memos; you manage share targets and storage. The Service is an aid and does not replace official transit, medical, or emergency systems.

Guest use is available; sign-in may enable backup/sync. You are finally responsible for backup/restore failures and data loss.

Some features are paid subscriptions. Ad-free (₩1,500/mo): ads only removed (limits same as Free: 2 favorites · 2 transit alarms · 1 transit pick per alarm · unlimited wake). Pro (₩3,000/mo): ad-free + 4 favorites · 4 transit alarms · 2 transit picks · unlimited wake. Pro+ (₩5,000/mo): ad-free + 8 favorites · 6 transit alarms · 3 transit picks · unlimited wake (includes subway destination arrival times). Unlimited (₩7,777/mo): ad-free + no limits (including wake). Actual charge follows the store currency for the user’s country. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel in store settings. Watching a rewarded interstitial may unlock a Pro trial for a limited period (default 7 days), once per account, without store auto-billing. Refunds follow store policy. Plan switches charge the new plan; unused time/price difference on the old plan is not refunded by us (stores may apply their own rules).

Free users may see ads; ad-free plans limit ads.

Abnormal use (excessive calls, automation, reverse engineering), infringement, or illegal use is prohibited. Violations may restrict use or delete the account.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without guarantees of accuracy or continuity. Transit data depends on public APIs and published timetables and may differ due to strikes, suspensions, delays, accidents, or disasters. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages from relying on app info/alarms. Re-check official transit notices before important trips. Alarms may fail or delay due to OS, battery, or permission settings; liability is limited as allowed by law. The pay calculator is a simple estimate based on values you enter; it does not account for taxes, social insurance, or statutory premium rates. Verify actual pay against your employment contract and official payslip; the operator is not liable for outcomes from this estimate to the extent permitted by law.

Terms may change with in-app notice. We may change, suspend, or end features for policy or technical reasons.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Store purchase disputes follow each store’s policies.
